High Speed Wheel Balance Issues?

Has anyone had problems with wheel balance at very high speeds (100+)? If I go much past 100 the front wheels start to shake the entire car.
I've had the balance and alignment checked.
What I THINK is happening is that the tire pressure sensor band is giving way, and rotating around inside of the wheel. Anyone have any ideas?
