Adding a blog to my account here on Mustang411.com is easy, you just need to know where to look...
When you're on your profile page, you want to edit your profile information then select Blogs. There's just a quick agreement to accept and your ready to blog.

Also note that you can change the default status of any new post your create to "Published" or "Draft" under your blog settings.
